Be The Beauty On A Budget: BH Cosmetics

Lately I have been spending money like it is my job and I have no business doing so! I need to save, save, save, but I just can't stop buying make up.  I have been looking up different foundations, shadows and brushes and finally found some products that I can honestly, happily recommend and they won't break the bank!

I have been researching and trying various different drug store brands and brands that I have head about via Youtube and online.  The things that I have tried the most are foundations and eye shadows.  I recently purchased a TON of shadows, cream shadows and brushes from this company I found a while back while watching one of my fav Youtube Bloggers.  It's called bhCostmetics.

I kept seeing that this discount make up brand was one that a lot of the great make up artist i follow uses and actually rave about.  I am not a big fan of pre made shadow pallets from off brand lines since they tend to be chalky and have no pigment.  So, I waited a lonnnggggg time before i spend some money on this stuff!

I finally bit the bullet and bought a ton of stuff while they were doing their "graduation sale."  I received free shipping and 20% off.  Also, items some of the products I purchased were already discounted so it was like I got triple discount on those items! I love a good bargain!

To start off I needed some neutral shadows. I always have off the wall crazy colors but never any neutral browns and pinks.  I bought their "neutral pallet of 28 full size shadows.  I then bought a few of their eye crayons in royalty, dare and their gold one,( I don't remember the name).  I have to same I LOVE THEM! what a great freaking deal! they were only $2.50 each! I would say these are similar to the MAC paint pots.  They have long lasting power, and they aren't greasy! I used the gold cray and then put Urban Decay's Honey over it...OMG BEST GOLD COLOR EVER! It lasted all day )9am to 11pm) and it was the most vibrant gold I have ever used.

I wouldn't use these crayons alone, they definitely need a power shadow over it, but they are great to use as a base and give that extra pop of color to shadows you want to bring out more.

The neutral shadow pallet was only 12.95! Yes you read that right, $12.95! It has all the basic colors you will ever need.  The browns are great browns.  i don't like when browns have orangey tints to them and these all are true browns.  There is this amazing deep purple shimmer color that is amazing. I am going to use that up first! This pallet is filled with Matte shadows, something never buy.  I always end up buying things with shimmy or full on sparkles.  Its a great pallet for anyone looking for a good array of neutral colors or good colors to use to blend bight and bold colors with.
