You probably have heard, that you should use an eye shadow primer. Urban Decay has a primer potion that everyone raves about. I like it, BUT I found something that works wayyyyy better!
The whole point of a shadow primer is for something to lay on your lid, that will adhere to the shadow which will not make it crease. You will need something that has a creamy finish to achieve this and more likely then not it will be silicone based. I have used the Urban Decay primer potion, and I feel like it is a bit too oily for me. I still get creasing through out the day. I do love how it comes in a few different colors but if you have oily eye lids, this might not be the first option you should try.

This is a very cream shadow that feels like a silicone based face primer. I can go all day through out work, about 8 hours with no creasing. If I get home and need to touch up fast, 9 times out of 10 I don't have to touch up my shadows because of creasing, it will be a touch up because I might want to add a more night time look to what I currently have on.
Remember, when you use this shadow, do not glob it on, a thin layer will do. You can also use this all by itself with no shadow over it. There are a great array of colors for you to choose from you and you can really make a great long lasting look with out any powder shadow because they blend sooo amazing! Also, pigments look amazing over these paint pots because it intensifies the color even more then it already is!
Test it out an let me know what you think!
