No Chip Nail Polish

I am a big fan of the gel manicures, but I hate how they ruin your nails.  I am not one to continuously go in and get my nails manicured every two weeks.  I would love to do that, but lets be serious, who has the time?!

I have been testing out different nail polishes, base coats, top coats and speed dry polishes.  I have tried everything from Essie, Sally Hansen, Nail's Inc and Deborah Lipman, to name a few.  My fav so far is Formula X.

Formula X is a brand that can be purchased as Sephora and has intensely pigmented polishes and amazing base and top coats.  I was testing out the polishes and top coat and noticed after a few days, my polish didn't chip.  I started paying closer attention to this and my polish lasted about 5 to 6 days with out one chip! I was so happy!

This top coat is a bit thick so you don't have to use a lot of it.  When the polish dries, it is super glossy and it hardens a bit.  I found that it works well when you put three stripes on your nail with this polish.  For example, start in the center and put a stripe from you cuticle to the tip and then repeat on the left side of the nail and on the right side.  When I didn't do this, or if I put more then one coast of this on, there were bubbles.  So be careful of that.  Other then that minor con, this is the BEST top coat that I have used for high gloss, chip free nails! It's only $10.50 too-Holla!!!!
